How We Charge For Our Services

Handyman Services - Residential
- $40.00 to $45.00 per hour (plus parts and materials)
$40 per hour is a good rate for a Handyman. I have a lot of knowledge and experience.

Home Inspection Services
- $350.00 to $375.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $500.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $650.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $450.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
We offer competitive rates for Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Actual rates are dependent on several factors:
The square-footage of the home, building, or structure
The age of the home, building, or structure
The amount of time required to be on-site
