In September 2009 MLI Shutters also became the only Authorized Hunter Douglas Factory Service Center in the entire Central Valley. MLI added a separate building to accommodate warranty repairs for dealers as well as customers from Merced to Sacramento.

I had my shutters installed last week, and I love them. :-)
Two installers arrived, and wow, are they good at prepping, install and cleanup. Very friendly and courteous of your home. Shutters are by Hunter Douglas. You won't be sorry if "Jason and Jason" arrive. This is the best home service I've had in a long time. Almost forgot this is how it is supposed to be. I can say they are good quality workers. One of the guys said; the look on customer face after install is what they like about their job. I highly recommend MLI, and I'm picky! You might say they are a little pricey, but worth I it.
Once again, we could not afford their blinds but the customer service was great. The estimator was very patient with us and was also very friendly. I worried about some bad reviews on other sites but there is nothing to worry about this company.
My company has used MLI blinds for several repairs. They are a bit expensive but worth it. I would rather pay a higher price and know that the job is done correctly. They're reliable, prompt, and do quality work. Marla is a delight to work with too. Very responsive and knowledgeable.
MLI did the shutters on our home. They provide very good service. They responded quickly to my e-mails. We would definitely go to MLI if we plan to do our shutters again.
