What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

My advice is to make sure that a roofing company gives you a few options, many roofing companies will climb up onto your roof without taking pictures to show the homeowner and simply say it needs to be replaced. More times than not your roof does not need to be replaced a simple repair or roof tuneup can expand the life of your roof anywhere from 5 to 7 years.

We do a lot of roof tuneups on flat roofs. A roof tuneup includes all Canales, inside and outside corners, all penetrations, skylights and wall flashings. We offer a two year warranty for a roof tuneup.if your roof leaks within two years of us doing that you Gnop we come back completely free of charge and correct any errors.

I would like our customers to know that we are a small roofing company with minimal overhead which means we do not have to charge a homeowner like other roofing companies. Word-of-mouth means everything to me so I go above and beyond to make sure the homeowner is completely satisfied.

What separates us from other companies is the care that we put into every single project from the smallest leak repair all the way up to a complete roof replacement we genuinely care about every homeowner.

Yes we do offer a warranty, we of course offer the factory warranty that come with the products that we use and on top of that we offer a two year labor warranty
