Estate Cleaning
- $30.00 to $60.00 per hour
Iwe come out and take a look at what we are dealing with and charge accordingly. And then you pay when job is complete unless told other wise

Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $35.00 to $55.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $45.00 to $60.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
- $60.00 to $120.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
- $120.00 to $240.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $170.00 to $260.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $260.00 to $400.00 fixed fee per 1 acre
Payment is due once job is complete

Home Maintenance Contracts
- $16,000.00 to $24,000.00 fixed fee per year
- $45.00 to $75.00 per hour
It all depends on what services are wanted

- $35.00 to $55.00 per hour
- $0.50 to $1.00 per acre
Payment due apon completion

- $30.00 to $60.00 per hour (per person) plus materials
Depending on the type of grass plants how big how much material is needed and labor to get project done correctly

- $80.00 to $120.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $30.00 to $60.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $40.00 to $80.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
I am usually pretty flexible depending on the customers needs and situations I have weekly pay plans monthly plans usually if you pay monthly I do cut a little bit of a break on pricing
