What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Please do some homework in terms of how much the remodel might cost you and how much you are willing to invest in your home for it. Is this a long term remodeling need vs. a short term or resale need, etc.? Remodeling is not cheap and takes time and effort on the home owners end.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

Planning, design and specifications for full home remodels and/or kitchen & bath remodels. We work closely with a Structural Engineer Associate and can design layouts where interior walls, staircases, etc. need to be relocated and/or removed.

Yes, we try to educate our clients and specify sustainable finishes and fixtures whenever possible and clients are willing to purchase them.

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Bathroom Designers - Residential
- $145.00 to $150.00 per hour
We typically work on remodels and oftentimes it's difficult to estimate the amount of time needed for planning and design in particular when it comes to the finish & fixture selection phase. It very much depends on the client's ability to make decisions, ec. Hence. we bill by the hour. We also bill for travel time, half of our regular hourly fee.

Designer - Interior Lighting Plan
- $150.00 to $175.00 per hour (plus materials)
Residential lighting & elecrtical plans including for permitting; fixture selection & specification.

Designers - Kitchens
- $145.00 to $165.00 per hour
Residential kitchen planning & design; architectural drawings for construction & permitting; finish & fixture selection & specification; tile take-offs; product ordering; contractor selection & bid process; project management. Travel Time typ. half of our regular hour rate.

Interior Designers - Commercial
- $150.00 to $175.00 per hour (plus materials)
Typ. for Tenant Improvement jobs.

Paint Color Consultants
- $150.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate
We typically quote by the job for interior and/or exterior paint color cosnultations. Paint schedules can be provided upon request. Travel time applies.
