We recently had our deck completely replaced by LT Construction and Remodeling, Inc. Lac Truong was a pleasure to work with during every step of the project. During the planning stage, he was responsive, always followed up in a timely manner, and communicated all of the necessary information to us concerning products, options, prices and schedules. As we own a townhome in a condominium complex, all renovations to the outside of the townhome must be approved by the trustees of the condominium association. They required detailed documentation relative to materials to be used, architectural drawings, debris removal and builder licensing. Lac provided all of this required documentation in a timely manner and the project was approved shortly thereafter by the association. Lac also was very willing to communicate and coordinate his work with another company that was undertaking another project at our home at the same time. The project was begun on time as promised.

I am an absentee landlord living in New Jersey. I have an old three story apartment building in Worcester. Whenever called upon, LT Construction & Remodeling has been there to remodel the entire first floor apartment, repair the third floor, restore the outside porch, correct code violations while taking care of the building inspections and the paper work that goes with it. I have found them to be trustworthy, timely, very professional work, and reasonably priced. They say the worst thing you can be is an absentee landlord, but LT Construction has destroyed that myth for me. They have made my worries go away !
