- $45.00 to $65.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $1.75 to $4.00 per square foot
- $2,250.00 to $3,500.00 per visit / by session

- $10.00 to $15.00 per sample for lab testing
- $375.00 to $800.00 fixed fee for residential inspection
- $5.00 to $10.00 fixed fee for air test

- $10.00 to $20.00 per square foot

- $55.00 to $65.00 per hour for on-site sampling
- $25.00 to $100.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $375.00 to $800.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)

- $5.00 to $30.00 per square foot
- $3,500.00 to $7,500.00 fixed fee for standard 2,000 sf house

- $750.00 to $1,250.00 fixed fee for xrf inspection (typical 3-4 bedroom home)
- $50.00 to $75.00 fixed fee for soil test
- $50.00 to $75.00 fixed fee for water quality test
- $100.00 to $250.00 fixed fee for on-site sampling and lab testing (up to 5 samples)
