It has been our experience that service companies that advertise on radio and TV tend to thrive on attracting new customers and their prices are must higher than ours. Our business model is to find new customers primarily through word of mouth referrals and our goal is to keep a customer for life.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

Clearing of clogged drains and repairs to leaking pipes are the most common services we provide. We specialize in the plumbing piping and fixture revisions for bathroom and kitchen remodels. In addition we install and service all types of water treatment equipment.

We have a sophisticated scheduling system that prioritizes service calls by location that reduces the amount of travel required by our service vehicles thus reducing the amount of air pollution contributed.

Answer:
It’s simple: We deliver on what we promise.
We are not perfect, but if we make a mistake
we will make it right.
You can count on us:
When you call us, we’ll be there: For non-emergencies we can usually schedule a service appointment at your earliest convenience.
24/7 Emergency Service: For plumbing emergencies we have technicians on call 24/7 and we will be there to help you out in a pinch. No extra charges for emergency services.
We will only perform work that you authorize: If we perform work that you did not authorize then you get to name the price for the work performed.
Our anti-“no-show” policy: Nothing is more annoying than being stood up for a scheduled service call. If we fail to show up in the scheduled time frame without calling prior to reschedule, then we waive the costs for any service call fees.
We photo-document all our work: Our technicians will take time-date stamped pictures before and after work is performed that are archived in our files and made available to our customers.
We warranty all our work for parts and labor for one year from date of service.
