Who We Are:
We at Home Sweet Home Inspections take great pride in our services and inspect each home as if it were our own. All of our inspectors carry a CPI certification (Certified Professional Inspectors). We are members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the International Association for Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), which are accredited organizations that require a high standard of education and service from their members. What to Expect:
Our home inspection lasts 2-4 hours and we request that you be present at the inspection to ensure you understand all that is to be detailed in your comprehensive inspection report.
We use advanced tools to ensure we see what others cannot. This includes moisture testing to detect hidden leaks as well as infrared thermometers that give a

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $425.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $500.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $375.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Our fees are based upon the size and age of the home.
