How We Charge For Our Services

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour
- $300.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $750.00 to $2,500.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $2,200.00 to $5,500.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
- $500.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
All work is done under a detailed contract. Our contracts spell out the entire process and explains what work will be done and what furniture or accessories will be provided if any and a payment schedule.

Interior Decorators - Residential
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
All work is done by a written contract. All included work is detailed and optional services are listed with their subsequent costs. Contracts also include a detailed payment schedule.
