I prepare homes for sale by providing the owner with a plan of action, rearranging furniture, furniture rental, needed purchases and finally, Staging the home with my Accessories for that final touch. I know how to highlight the positives in your home.

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $100.00 to $150.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $250.00 to $500.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $500.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
$100-150 for a 1 to 2 hour Consultation with report. The number of Staging days needed varies depending how much needs to be done. There is no hard and fast rule. So it would be either $ 250 or $500. There is also a monthly fee for my Accessories depending on how much I need.
