Most of our potential clients before they become our clients asks us about the duration of their anticipated project. We manage each project in house and there is no down time. In addition to having our team onsite we also manage and coordinate all of our Sub-Contractors such as Licensed Electricians and plumbers and manage the delivery of all products and supplies needed. A dedicated team is assigned to each project with the Owner of Company hand present on each of the job sites on a daily basis to guide the team and answer any client concerns.

We recently completed a construction of a 2,800 SF single Family Residence in Port Washington, NY 11050 in 6 Months. Management skills are extremely crucial in every phase of such a project. We used State of the Art products such as Lutron LED lighting on dimmers, Nest Thermostat to control Heating and Cooling. We installed the latest and Technically Advanced Whole House Water Purification Systems and installed Green Certified Cabinets with Quartz Countertops.
