Rebuild Chicago

This project has not been finalized. However, it is a beautification project sponsored by one of Chicago's Metropolitan organizations that help board up abandon buildings. The concept is instead of just using wood boards to shut off abandon housing and buildings use the artistic notation of beautification to help encourage hope of revalidation.
