How We Charge For Our Services
|
Brick and Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps - Repair
- $30.00 to $60.00 per hour (plus material cost)
$30 per hr contractor
$60 is foreman and two laborer's
|
Natural Stone (Granite, Marble, Slate, etc) - Repair
- $25.00 to $75.00 per hour
- $150.00 to $450.00 per visit / by session
Per hour 25 to $75 an hour as location product and area her visit could be from 1:50 to 4:50 per day.
I like to bid on my jobs by the job that way there's no questions about hours or by the day prices

Porcelain Tile - Install
- $3.25 to $7.25 per square foot
All depends on size and pattern and how many Cuts you have to make open area less money chopped up areas more money

Porcelain Tile - Repair
- $36.00 to $55.00 per hour
- $100.00 to $500.00 per visit / by session
Minimum 100 dollar on any tile tear out and replacement or repair per visit.
For a two-hour minimum was a trip charge still going to be right at a hundred bucks

Tile - Removal
- $12.00 to $40.00 per hour
- $2.00 to $2.25 per square foot
Basically if tile comes up really easy that's $12 an hour or $40 is 3 laborer's a square foot the more square footage the less the price if tile comes up really hard $25 an hour could be up to 2:25 foot includes all for floor prep. It really depends on the job in the size of the job
