How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $350.00 to $375.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $425.00 to $450.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $475.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $425.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Price will vary according to square footage of the home.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $75.00 to $80.00 per hour for on-site sampling
- $75.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $475.00 to $700.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Base fee plus separate fees per air samples as needed
