How We Charge For Our Services

Real Estate Brokers & Agents - Residential
- 4.00 to 6.00 percent of sale
Typically charge 6% to list unless seller also purchases, then 5%
4% if I act as Dual agent or buyer does not have/want representation
|
Real Estate Consultants
- 1.00 to 3.00 percent of sale
Depending on work entailed, time spent, services provided and who is providing payment.

Real Estate Research, Information & Market Reports
- $55.00 to $75.00 fixed fee per report
Depends on property location such as 5 County Charlotte Metro Area and if a site visit/interior inspection is required
