What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

A:

Being an Artist, trained as a painter, and have worked in Film, and theatre, I am used to large and small projects.
I have a full spectrum of techniques, and a commitment to high quality and being of service to my clients.
I am connected to a network of Artists and artisans, throughout the Country. Also I love to travel to exotic places and work.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
|

A:
|
For the last 15 years, in the San Diego, and San Francisco areas, about 75% of my jobs have been High end Cabinet Finishes.
Working with several Designers in that area. And as Faux finishes have mostly gone out of style in Ca., I still was getting some wood graining jobs.
Also commissioned paintings, and Murals...interior and exterior, have been a focus.

In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

A:
|
I use Green products, water based lacquer, for cabinets,etc. low V.O.C's....and have been conscious of our environment both personally and collectively for many years.
Acrylic paint and glazes ...for the art. Also using proper disposal techniques.

What would you like your customers to know about your company?

|
A:
|
As an indépendant Artist I have worked all over the Country. I believe in Networking and maintaining relationships with co-workers and Designers, Clients and Contractors. I have a high level of integrity, and use the best Green products available.

The wide range of expertise, I put good vibrations in everything I do…
As an Artist,I work very well with Designers and other Artists, I am very good with Custom work and Color. No job is too big or too small.

Mural 100ft. /20ft. completed for the Knox County Rennausance Foundation Mt. Vernon Ohio
This is the second Mural I have completed for the K.C.R.F.
The image was taken from a 1910 postcard of looking down Main street. It was then stretched, and crunched on Photoshop to fit the dimensions of the building….
I took 2 months to complete , including two weeks of prep, on the cinder blocks, we primed the wall with block filler from Sherwin Williams, and I used Sherwin williams Duration for the Base coat…white , and all the colors.
I use an exterior glaze from Faux Effects, which adds transparent color and protects like a varnish as well.
I got a lot of press form this job, as in a small town, the Community Loves it. This was the last project I completed just before we moved to Asheville.
