How We Charge For Our Services

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
- $31.00 to $40.00 per square foot (cedar)
- $17.00 to $35.00 per square foot (pressure treated pine)
- $25.00 to $40.00 per square foot (composite)
Average pricing at best is misleading, and although it can give you a very “loose” ballpark number for rough budgeting and comparison, I strongly recommend that you base your final decision on more important factors, such as, experience of the service provider, recommendations from past clients, details of your specific location and needs, to name a few.
