Cornerstone Custom Home Inspection believes in customer service. I feel you should be able to be comfortable, having a full understanding of the home you are buying.

I will work with you to determine the extent of an inspection or the areas of concern you might have with your new home. During the inspection you are encouraged to come and see everything that is identified as an issue.

I will explain how each system in the home works and the importance of anything found during the Inspection.

About Us Image
Thomasville, NC

This inspection was a pre-sale inspection for the home owner. Several small issues were identified and corrected by the home owner. When an offer was accepted and the buyer had an inspection no additional work was needed and the sale was completed without any problems.

Standard Home Inspection

This Inspection was on a 20 year - one owner home. This home is in great condition with very little wear and tear. There were some indications that standard maintenance had been put off but those items were quickly resolved by the seller. I sure did enjoy inspecting this home for such nice clients.

Testimonials
"Professional job completed at a fair price, and done on short notice."
"On Time! Upfront! Explains Issues and Concerns very clearly. Would recommend to anyone!"
Greg was able to meet with me quickly and around my schedule. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any question I had and was able to leave me feeling confident in my choices.
"Very knowledgeable and experienced. It took him more than 4 hrs to inspect the whole house, he checked every window, door, lock, anything... climbed up to the attic and down to the crawl space, everywhere. Quite approachable - I tried to ask him questions while he was inspecting, he gave me very comprehensive explanations - good, bad, why, and how to fix it, roughly cost, and so on. Very professional and reasonable. and told you what you should do for next 5 -10 years with the conditions, and gave you advice to avoid potential damage and harm to your home. He was more like a friend to share his knowledge and experience with you. In the inspection, he found couple unnoticeable issues as the house was quite new, everything looked great. I really like his service and definitely recommend to whom needs home inspection in the future."
"Mr. Stobaugh performed a very thorough inspection of the property that I wanted to purchase!! He was not bothered by the fact that I wanted to follow him around and ask questions about various aspects of the inspection! He informed me a things that needed immediate attention, The final reports was self explanatory! I highly recommend him for any job!!!! He definitely went above and beyond his inspection process and extended himself past his time period!"
"Greg inspected my new home before I bought it. This was great for me because he found two things that would have cost me to repair after the sale. My agent got the house seller to pay for these. Thank you, Greg."
"Greg helped me by noticing things I had overlooked. He helped me to understand what is important and what its going to take to repair the things he found. I appreciated his willingness to meet my schedule, by coming at an odd hour to be there when I could get there!"
"Professional job completed at a fair price, and done on short notice."
