A Screen Room in the Sacramento Valley is the ultimate way to enjoy your patio. Your Screen Room project can be built under a brand new Insulated Patio Cover or Non Insulated Patio Cover or if you already have a covered patio, it can be custom built to fit the space. Our Custom Screen Rooms are not pre made modular sections like most. We “stick build” our Screen Rooms one piece at a time for a true custom look and feel! An additional benefit to the “look and feel” compared to other manufacturers is the cost. Believe it or not our custom Screen Rooms will cost you “less” instead of more. From start to finish, not a single issue. I even had a chance to meet the owner (Clark), very nice guy. The project manager was double booked so Clark came out to go over all the final details. He even gave us a discount at the end of everything. I could not be happier with the whole process; I am VERY happy I did not believe some of the bad reviews! I did my research before making any decisions, and not only were they (by far) the best price, they also were the most responsive. Michelle (office personnel), is very polite and prompt. There was one minor issue with a missing end cap, and that should be taken care of this week. Highly recommend these guys.
This company is fantastic. Our first contact was all about planning, pricing and options. There was no pressure, and we were offered every courtesy. We did not feel rushed in any way, and at the same time, we did not feel our time was being wasted. After we made the decision to move forward, dates were setup, confirmation emails and phone calls were made, and the work began. The concrete guys were simply amazing and they removed all the old stuff, poured new and finished it in one day.
From the moment we interacted with the owner Clark, we knew we were dealing with a good guy, offering what appeared to be a nice product, at an exceptional price. We picked what we wanted, agreed on the price, and immediately set an install date. The install date was a couple weeks out since materials needed to ordered and the company was heavily booked. I was a little worried they might not show up when the day came as we did not communicate again; however, they kept their promise and arrived as planned. The two installers were so respectful and courteous. I kept checking on them to see if they were thirsty, hungry, or needing anything, and they just politely declined and kept working. When they were finished, I had the most beautiful overhang on my upstairs balcony. My husband had to concede that I was right as he thought for the price, it might not be as good as we expected. I was better than we expected.
Great job, professional and fairly priced. We had five different quotes and went with CW Designs, we'll be recommending them to our friends.
I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbors. I was treated very well from the initial design consultation, scheduling, and throughout the installation. Clark knew how best to design the patio cover. He has many years experience and it really shows. They use their own install crews, so they can completely control all facets of the project. Our installers, Mike and Ron, we're very courteous, professional and took time to explain everything they were planning to do and kept us updated throughout the project. The finished project was beyond our expectations. We are amazed, as are our friends. We would definitely work with Clark Wagaman Designs again and encourage others to do also.
