A:	As a business owner I would give this advice to my own family and friends do not hire the big companies to do work for you I say this because the big companies charge more to cover their over head cost and try to rush jobs so they can get more. Where the Small companies will take there time to get the job done and done right and not have to charge you as much to do them.

- $150.00 to $225.00 per hour (commercial parking lots)
- $25.00 to $50.00 per visit for a typical driveway and sidewalk
In my billing I figure a average driveway would take someone no more then 15-30 Minutes to remove the snow. so I figure it is unfair to have to charge someone an whole hour when you were only there 15-30 minutes as a business owner I try to push the per trip cost more then a by hour cost.
