How We Charge For Our Services

Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $115.00 to $180.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
We bill per hr if the yard condition is bad, otherwise we bill $15 per 10x10ft tarp

Gravel & Crushed Stone - Delivery
- $145.00 per ton for crushed stone
price per ton varies upon price of material. We charge $100 per ton plus material, price breaks after 5 tons.

Landscape - Install or Plant
- $25.00 to $55.00 per hour (per person) plus materials
Price per hour vary upon yard size and density of gardening and amount of material removed/added. Material costs are extra.

Lawn - Aeration Services
- $55.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $40.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
- $35.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
We typically charge $35 per yard, this is for a typical yard. Larger lots will be evaluated.

Lawn - Fertilize or Treat
- $40.00 per application (1 acre)
- $25.00 per application (1/4 acre)
- $30.00 per application (1/2 acre)
Price per application for typical yard sizes is $25, we charge more for corner and cul-de-sac yards.

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $35.00 to $50.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $25.00 to $30.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $30.00 to $35.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
Prices start with smaller lots at 2,000sqft up to large lots up to 10,000sqft

Leaf Cleanup and Removal
- $115.00 to $150.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $115.00 to $150.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
We charge $15 per tarp. we can collect up to 6 tarps for a large tree.

Snow - Blowing
- $50.00 to $125.00 per hour
- $25.00 to $50.00 per visit for a typical driveway and sidewalk

- $125.00 per hour (commercial parking lots)

We charge $25 per visit for 2in $35 for 3-6in $45 for 7-12 in $50 per hr for 12in+ $125 for lot plowing

Soil - Delivery
- $110.00 per yard for screened topsoil (delivered)
price per ton varies upon price of material. We charge $100 per ton plus material, price breaks after 5 tons. We charge $75 per yard for soil and mulch plus material.

Yard & Lawn - Cleanup
- $100.00 to $120.00 per hour
- $300.00 per visit / by session
Price for clean up is hourly at $100 for 2 workers. If needed price will increase.
