Inquire about how experienced the crews are. Many company's will hire workers in a rush to put additional crews together for the busy season. This can split experienced crews up and put inexperienced workers on your home.

That little bit of extra. When we come to your home we will always inform you of any issues that we may find that could potentially become a problem in the future. If it small such as pulling shingles from back behind the gutter or hammering in gutter spikes that have come loose we will not try to schedule a repair to further our sales. Communication is key to building a long term relationship with the homeowner.
