Asphalt Shingle Roof - Installation
- $250.00 to $450.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, tear off existing roof)
- $200.00 to $350.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, overlay existing roof)
Because all projects very some roofs require more work and vost more to repair then others we have large crew's and get the job done in a quick and effective manner

Asphalt Shingle Roof - Repair
- $20.00 to $175.00 per hour (plus materials)
Again every repair is different some are minor repairs and some are major, and much larger repairs so it differs

Flat Roof - Installation
- $100.00 to $250.00 per 100 sq.ft. (asphalt roll, no existing roof tear off)
- $250.00 to $480.00 per 100 sq.ft (rubber edpm, no existing roof tear off)
- $250.00 to $475.00 per 100 sq.ft (built-up bitumen bur, no existing roof tear off)
- $300.00 to $400.00 per 100 sq.ft (pvc single ply, no existing roof tear off)
- $300.00 to $475.00 per 100 sq.ft (tpo single ply, no existing roof tear off)
- $300.00 to $600.00 per 100 sq.ft (sprayed polyurethane foam)
We base our prices based on cost of material and amount of labor and amount of time that has to be put in

Flat Roof - Repair
- $20.00 to $185.00 per hour (plus materials)
All depends on how much work has to be done and also the cost of material and also depends on if I need a crew or can do it solo

Roof - Inspection
- $175.00 to $600.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Certified roof inspection is flat a rate

Sealant for Roof - Apply
- $5.00 to $100.00 per square foot
Depending on the type of sealent you like to use
