I happened upon Mr. Chris Mayberry completing an irrigation system for my neighbor and asked him for an estimate for a complete turn-key irrigation system for my home. I discussed what I wanted and Mr. Mayberry further improved upon my ideas with cost-saving ideas of his own.Mr. Mayberry also met or beat all of the other four estimates for my system. Last Summer I met Chris Mayberry, owner of AAIS. He was one of three who bid on my front yard Sprinkler system. AAIS; the lowest bidder was chosen to install my new system. They started and completed the job on schedule. The system design, workmanship, and performence quality was second to none. Chris and his employees were very courtious and may I point out they cleaned up after themselves each day prior to leaving the job site. Six months after the system was installed I called Chris one night, leaving a message on his cell phone, asking him to service my system. He returned the call with-in minutes, and scheduled the appointment that same day. He arrived, took care of business quickly and effectively. I just wanted to let you know how much I like the patio and all the flagstone work done at our house. It looks awesome!! The sprinkler system is great, maybe I will have better luck with the grass now. Even though with water restrictions I can only use it once a week. I am so happy you left that brochure on my door. And what a surprise to find out you were such good friends with our neighbors. Brendan recommended you the first year we were in the house. When you're a new homeowner, it's always a little scary to hire someone to do major work on your property. Did I pick the right guy? Will they be easy to work with? Will they try to gouge me on the price? Luckily for us, we picked AAIS, and I've never worried about that once. Chris is an honest, hard-working, good businessman. Absolutely superb work and customer service! We had recently hired a previous business to install a sprinkler system and were ripped off. This guy did not didn't go through the proper channels, didn't install it properly, and never completed what we thought was an entire system. Chris came out to assess the damage and was kind enough to work with us knowing we were just ripped off. He presented a plan that was extremely reasonable and the only question we had was, when can you start! He is genuinely performing a service that he is passionate about with the end result being 100% customer satisfaction. After doing much research concerning a sprinkler system for our front and back yard, I’m glad we decided on Chris and AAIS. Chris and his wife were very friendly and never pressured us. They had no problem with me getting some more estimates, in fact they encouraged us to compare. I did find another installer that was cheaper, but it seemed they weren’t well established and could close their doors any day; I certainly didn’t get that impression from AAIS. Furthermore, the competitor’s sprinklers were of a lower quality and their warranty simply couldn’t match AAIS. I called the AAIS office and asked when they could begin, his wife was delightful and scheduling was easy. I asked several bidders and knew immediately upon visiting with Chris Mayberry that AAIS would get the contract. They arranged for prework analysis from gas line to undergorund cables. The acquired all paperwork on my behalf. Their workers amazed me. When they arrived that ALL went to work on their separate tasks without any necessary directions. They got started as Chris set out markers for every sprinkler head and rotar. The worked hard for the entire visit and finished 99% of the work. Then they left a few items open to simplify needed inspections and arranged for inspectors. Naturally all passed inspection. Then they came back and finsihed the last 1 % of the job. By the time I went looking for professional assistance on my full lawn/landscape renovation things were quite a mess and an eyesore. I called out three companies for quotes on a new irrigation system. Chris Mayberry was the only owner/operator that showed up for quote duties, as well as the most positive, confident and informative. In the end they were all within $300 with AAIS in the middle; $200 over the low and $100 under the high. Despite not being the cheapest, I considered Chris and AAIS to be the obvious choice as I felt considerably better informed of what I was getting for my money and far more confident the job was going to be done right.
