Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $125.00 to $200.00 per hour
- $0.15 per square foot
- $750.00 fixed fee - flat rate
We base our pricing based on time on site and report writing required. We strive to give our clients a quality inspection at a reasonable rate.

Home Inspection Services
- $325.00 to $450.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $375.00 to $600.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $1,200.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $375.00 to $500.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Billing based on Age, Totaled Heated Square footage and foundation type. This takes into consideration the time to inspect the property and write the report.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $150.00 per hour for on-site sampling
- $125.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $350.00 to $380.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
