- $45.00 to $75.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $45.00 to $75.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
- $45.00 to $200.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
- $55.00 to $200.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $75.00 to $205.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $100.00 to $207.00 fixed fee per 1 acre
billed hourly by man working hours

Soil - Delivery
- $40.00 to $75.00 per yard for screened topsoil (delivered)
billed by yard ton and load
